We connect this slogan with more than our products; we also associate GOOD WORKING with ourselves. Good cooperation, health, and a productive working environment are only part of the important values we believe in!
Those who like to work with metals, are intensively involved in metalworking or are artistically ambitious know the advantages a plasma cutter offers when cutting conductive metals. Plasma cutting opens up almost unlimited possibilities for straight and round cutting of a wide variety of metal materials. There is hardly any other device that can make such precise cuts and shapes from metal materials. In the handicraft workshop, when working creatively with metal plates or in the car/agricultural machinery workshop, a plasma cutter is a clear 'must-have' for fast and clean cuts in electrically conductive metals. Scheppach's powerful yet compact plasma cutter, the PLC40, is a practical all-round device for a variety of applications. The scheppach plasma cutter has a robust metal housing with a sturdy carrying handle, enabling the 6 kg lightweight to be easily transported. The electronically controlled, uniform plasma beam achieves a cutting performance of up to 12 millimetres in steel, up to 10 millimetres in iron and up to 8 mm in stainless steel and aluminium. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the PLC40 cuts copper sheets up to a thickness of 4 millimetres. The cutting current can be seamlessly adjusted from 15 to 40 amperes for the different materials and applications, which provides a consistently high cutting quality at a working pressure of approx. 4.5 bar. The scope of delivery includes a 2.5-metre high-quality cutter cable, a 2-metre earth cable with a powerful clamp and a compressed air hose with a quick-connect system. In addition, scheppach also supplies 3 nozzles and 3 electrodes as part of the standard equipment so that you can start working immediately.
